An Owners Association was created to preserve the tranquillity and the ecological integrity of the Lake St-Victor Estates. All the owners are committed to respect all the rules established by the Association thus assuring this priviliged quality of life.
The project is a development with high ecological standards. Since 2010 the regulations of the project are integrated to the Municipal regulations within a specific zone attributed to Lake St-Victor Estates.

There is an elected board and all the residents are members. Their are four Committees formed of board members and residents that want to take part.
